The national commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the French and Indian War (2004-2010) launched in April 2004 with a weekend of activities at Fort Pitt Museum and Point State Park in Pittsburgh. Over the past several years, the French and Indian War 250 staff have worked with many individuals, historic sites and organizations, and businesses, in planning and developing products and events around the commemoration.
