Hopewell Meeting House

Clearbrook, Virginia

The Hopewell Meeting House is registered as a Virginia Historic Landmark and is designated as a Frederick County Historic Site. The meetinghouse is the oldest continuing meetinghouse in America. Alexander Ross built the house in 1734. It sits on 2,373-acres, which includes the present day Waverly Farm.
